For any request (return, exchange, order, shipping), please email support@sylon.fr and include:

  • your order number (in the email subject),

  • a clear reason (change of mind, suspected defect, wrong item, damaged parcel, etc.),

  • your invoice or proof of purchase,

  • the carrier tracking number (if available),

  • clear photos/videos (product, packaging, alleged defect).

Damaged on delivery: report ideally within 48 h of receipt and keep all materials (box, inner protection) until the investigation is closed.
Purchased via a reseller: contact the retailer first and follow their policy.
